New 2026 Ford F-150 STX in St. Louis, MO

The 2026 Ford F-150 STX asserts itself as the smart choice among full-size crew cab pickup trucks, directly competing with options like the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and Ram 1500.

Shoppers comparing several full-size pickups will find the F-150 STX particularly well-suited for those needing versatility for both work and family. The crew cab configuration maximizes interior space for passengers or gear, making it an ideal match for drivers in St. Louis, MO who need a capable vehicle for city commutes, weekend projects, and all-weather conditions. Standard connectivity through SYNC 4 and SiriusXM with 360L ensures every drive is convenient and enjoyable, while equipment like Alloy wheels and a rear step bumper enhance everyday practicality. Buyers balancing cost, technology, and comfort will see clear advantages in this trim.

Performance in the F-150 STX is tailored to deliver a confident and responsive driving experience. While competitors like the Silverado 1500 may emphasize larger displacement engines, this truck’s 2.7L V6 EcoBoost is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission and 4WD for smooth power delivery and impressive traction regardless of road conditions. Front wheel independent suspension and a front anti-roll bar contribute to ride composure, allowing the vehicle to handle rough job sites or uneven terrain with minimal fuss. Its balance of efficiency and capability makes it especially appealing for those who need reliable performance without sacrificing fuel economy.

Active safety is a key differentiator for the F-150 STX. Many competitors offer features such as ABS brakes and Electronic Stability Control only on higher trims or as add-ons, but this truck provides them as standard equipment. Auto high-beam headlights, dual front and side impact airbags, and an emergency communication system via SYNC 4 911 Assist enhance peace of mind. Fully automatic headlights, a low tire pressure warning system, and traction control ensure that safety is always integrated into daily driving, not just reserved for premium models.

The STX trim package brings an array of features designed to elevate comfort and convenience. Standard amenities include air conditioning, power windows and door mirrors, remote keyless entry, and a security system, each contributing to a refined cabin experience. The front bucket seats and split folding rear seat allow for f
